Rampage Coffee Co. has a 30-day return policy, where items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received to be eligible for a return. The cost of shipping to return the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is a different size than what was ordered or arrives damaged. In such cases, a photo of the item is required to issue a replacement, refund, or exchange.
